Local branding magazine ad for an upcoming planned community on Powell's Creek, a tributary of the Chesapeake Bay. Since the community was in it's early planning stages, normal renderings, site plans, etc. were not available. After developing the logo and finding this perfect photo in a Communication Arts Photography Annual, the photographer was contacted directly and kindly worked with me to establish the purchasing rights.
